Parenting Arrangements

In our experience, families are best served by staying out of Court where possible. It is important that parties obtain specialist family law advice early on identify the best opportunities for resolution. This can save relationships from becoming toxic and poisoning the co-parenting relationship beyond repair.

There are several ways you and your former partner can reach agreement without having to set foot in a Court room:

  1. Private negotiation between you both.
  2. Mediation.
  3. Collaboration.
  4. Negotiation through legal representatives.
  5. Family Therapy (depending on the age of the children they can possibly be included)

We can provide you with advice at every stage and in the event the matter is resolved then we can assist you in formalising the agreement.

If your matter cannot be resolved through any of these measures and court action is required or if you are already involved in Court proceedings, we can assist you.
